These Free Activity Sheets are a wonderful way to add more creativity to your classes. Children will delight in doing the activities after class or to take home and do with their families. They come directly from the Angel Bear Yoga Main Lesson Book - Nature Pose Section.

A 52 week curriculum for ages 3-9.
These lessons bring the stories to life by turning characters and plots into yoga poses. A wonderful way to engage active children by combining reading and movement!
Sign up for our monthly subscription. For just $4.99 a month, you will get 4-5 themes per month (depending on the number of weeks in the month) to add movement, imagination and the love of reading to your home or classroom.
What’s Included:
- Recommended Book – Each book can be found easily at the public library or on Amazon for a very reduced price. You can also use your own book of your choice depending on the lesson.

- Yoga Poses – There are usually at least 10 yoga poses for each story.

- Angel Bear Yoga™ Directory - this includes all 68 poses, small scale for you to follow along with.
- If you have the Angel Bear Yoga™ Main Lesson Book, Companion Book or Play Deck, you can use these materials for the class sessions as well.
Each lesson is designed to last at least 30 minutes. If you wish to extend the lessons to 45-60 minutes, here are some additional ideas:
- You can ask for the children’s input on additional poses to bring the story alive (they always have a lot of ideas!).
- You can do Relaxation Time at the end of the lesson by listening to the Angel Bear Yoga™ CD story, music, or any visualization you would like to read.
- You can add an art exercise – like coloring the Angel Bear Yoga™ pose from the Companion Book or having the child draw their favorite part of the story.
