Hi, my name is Annuska Joosten and I am living with my husband and two daughters in Sweden We are actually dutch and moved to Sweden in August 2004. After a year I begun at the local gym and there they had Body Balance. Body Balance is a mixture of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. I really liked it !! That is how my interest in yoga began. This was really what I wanted to do. February 2008 i signed up to go to a yoga instructor course in Gothenburg. I started March 2008. The first lesson was about yoga for kids. I was interested right away and began looking on the internet what we have here in Sweden. That appaered not be a lot. So I kept searching on the internet and found Angel Bear Yoga. I thought: " I have to have them" so I ordered them instantly and could bearly wait to have them at home. I was really excited when I got the message that I got pick them up att the postoffice !!! I could not wait till I was home so I opened the package in the car. I was sold right away. I have had classes in several school since then with great succes. Unfortanetly the schools do not have the money to pay me, so I will translate Christi´s books as soon as possible and begin seminars for teachers to reach as many children as possible. I hope that way the children in my hometown love it so much so that they want to go on Angel Bear´s adventure at my home. May your heart light the way !!!
