Yoga for Children Teacher Training Program with Angel Bear Yoga
This is a yoga for children teacher training program. Angel Bear Teacher Training is one of the best ways to immerse yourself in one of the most creative, all-inclusive children’s yoga programs. Whether you are a seasoned yoga teacher or a parent wanting to share the joys of yoga with children, a teacher training will allow you to experience Angel Bear Yoga and give you all the tools to lead a fun and educational session as soon as the training is over.
Each teacher training lasts from 6 – 8 hours and can be customized to your group’s needs.
Our most popular training is for early learning educators. We show teachers how to confidently lead a full class or simply integrate Angel Bear elements like breathing or visualization into an existing curriculum. Schools that offer children’s yoga as part of their enrichment programs have a competitive advantage over other schools that do not. This training lasts 6 hours due to the focused nature of the material.
For Yoga Teachers
The full Angel Bear Yoga teacher training is ideal for yoga teachers, who would like to offer yoga classes for young children. With an emphasis on postures, breathing and meditation, yoga teachers will learn how to lead engaging full-length classes and even week-long camps. This training is 8 hours with plenty of time for practice as well as questions and answers.
For Parents, Caregivers and Healthcare Practitioners
Any adult with a deep interest in working with children can benefit from an Angel Bear Yoga teacher training. Learn how movements, breathwork and visualizations as well as learning about nature can help all children blossom while they find calm and connection with all beings. Depending on the needs of the group, this training lasts 6-8 hours.
What to Expect
In each teacher training, participants experience several Angel Bear Yoga classes, from shorter, integrative sessions to full-length classes. We review the included main lesson book thoroughly, so there is a clear understanding of how Angel Bear Yoga works. Then with gentle guidance, each participant—within a group—plans and leads a class for his or her peers. There is always plenty of time for questions and answers throughout the training. After successful completion of the coursework, students are given certificates.
